Hold your next course, meeting or conference at Danhostel Kerteminde & Hotel Skovpavillonen - in quiet and beautiful surroundings in the forest and near beach. We are only 30 minutes from Odense.

Skovpavillonen (The Forest Pavilion) also belongs to Danhostel Kerteminde. In the Forest Pavilion there are 2 large meeting rooms with room for 2 x 100 people and a smaller grouproom for around 15 people.

Courses, conferences and meetings

We work with a course concept that covers all aspects of the events: personal service, high level of service, dissemination of cultural experiences, planning of events outside the building such as sailing trips, excursions etc. - and not least a great deal of flexibility, which meets all the needs of the course organisers, including the prices.

In our course concept is also a super good kitchen where only fresh ingredients are used - all meals are served as a buffet. We have an experienced kitchen staff who are also happy to accommodate requests.

At Danhostel Kerteminde and Hotel Skovpavillonen, we make a point of holding a course or meeting in optimal surroundings with personal service, managing the appointments, combined with the unpretentious and relaxed - down to earth. That's why we take care of everything practical during your course, meeting or conferences. It gives you peace of mind to hold the best possible event.

Conference and course center with good facilities

We have large, spacious rooms that can accommodate up to 150 people. All our rooms have modern equipment in the form of AV equipment, projects, overhead projects, flipboards, computer connectors, as well as markers, pointers, etc. There is of course also free wireless internet in our rooms. That's why you don't have to think about taking anything with you. We have all the equipment you need.

As a course guest with us, we aim for you to have your own room to enjoy yourself in the evening. We are also always happy to help if you want to do different activities in Kerteminde and the surrounding area during the day. We know the area and can therefore guide you as best as possible.

Many types of courses, conferences and meetings

There are no fixed solutions when you choose to hold your meeting, course or conference with us. We have extensive experience with events, and we can therefore guide you in the best possible way.

Among other things, it is possible to hold one-day conferences, conferences over several days, day meetings, all-day meetings and evening meetings with us. If you have other wishes, you are of course always welcome to contact us, and we will do our best to make an arrangement that suits your needs as best as possible.
